Announcing the 2022 IMPART Artist Grants

QAIC launches our second iteration of the IMPART Artist Grants. This year, the theme chosen is “Sustainability & the Arts.” The challenges posed by climate change, rising pollution levels, and the destruction of vital wildlife habitats threaten the foundations which sustain us all.

This year, we want interested artists to radically rethink how art is made and how the public can be convinced to both prioritize and incorporate the concept of sustainability into their daily lives.

You can learn more about the IMPART Artist Grants through our website or by clicking the link below.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until November 2nd, 2022.

Following the interview moderated by QAIC Board of Directors member and former Chair of Fashion Design at VCUarts - Qatar, Sandra Wilkins, Khan was given a tour of QAIC’s current exhibitions before joining the QAIC team and some special guests for “high tea” and hors d’oeuvres.
